Schools

Much of our work is with children who suffer from life-limiting illness.

We would love to come to your school (in the South East or Scotland - Edinburgh) to tell you about our work with those children and the difference your school could make to their lives.

Our mascot Bagpuss often attends school events.

If you would like to support us we have a Special Fundraising pack which is full of tips and ideas for fundraising at schools.

Older students in years 12 and 13 may be interested in volunteering  for our summer trips or your school may be interested in visiting our hospices in Romania.

Sutton at Hone Primary

A local school named one of its classes “Bagpuss” after our charity mascot.  The pupils exchanged letters with children in our Brasov Hospice and wrote prayers for them.

Nower Hill High

We have been to Nower Hill High School to talk about our work on several occasions.  Students from Nower Hill have visited Copaceni and raised funds for this amazing project which will help so many children and young people in Romania.

Universities

Many students have supported our work by volunteering on our summer trips.

If you are interested in volunteering for us it may be worthwhile seeing if your university offers funding of any sort to help with costs.

Bath University

Bath University recently raised awareness for Hospices of Hope by running a cake sale in front of their University!
