I commit to participating in Swim Serpentine.

I understand that I must pay a registration fee of £30 of a guaranteed entry place into Swim Serpentine.

I will be 16 years or older on race day to take part.

I hereby confirm that if I am given a Hospices of Hope charity place in the 2021 Swim Serpentine, I pledge to raise a minimum of £200 (excluding gift aid/matched giving). I acknowledge that my fundraising progress will be reviewed 2 months before the event, and if I have not made sufficient progress Hospices of Hope has the right to allocate the place to someone else.

I will collect all of my sponsorship a week before the race.

I understand that all swimmers who take part in the Swim Serpentine do so at their own risk.

I will represent Hospices of Hope in any interviews with the media.

I understand that by purchasing a ticket I commit to the terms above.

Disclaimer: Please note that, in the case of an official event being cancelled by the organiser and the unavailability of a refund, we ask you to commit to completing the challenge and raise the pledged sponsorship through your own personal event, in order that the charity is not left out of pocket and can fulfil its commitment to our patients.
