Cancellation Policy Cancellation of Hospices of Hope’s Events Cancellation by Us We always try to go ahead with our advertised events as we do not want to disappoint our supporters. But there are rare occasions when we need to cancel for reasons such as adverse weather conditions or problems with a speaker or venue. Whilst we do our very best not to cancel we hold our events to raise money to support our hospice patients so we cannot hold events if ticket sales are low and the event is uneconomical. If we cancel an event we will:- Advise you as soon as possible using the contact details you supplied when you made your booking Refund you in full by using the payment method used for the booking This does not affect your statutory consumer rights. Cancellation by You We understand that there are many reasons why you might want a refund for a place you have booked at one of our events. But most of our events involve us in financial outlay which we have to commit to in advance. So we cannot offer a refund for any cancellation received less than fifteen days before the date the event is scheduled to take place.
