The youngest daughter of charity founder Graham Perolls, you might say I was born into the charity. After visiting Romania for the first time in my early teens and inspired by the work taking place there, at the age of 18 I decided to move to Romania and work for the hospice on a voluntary basis as their Volunteer & Fundraising Coordinator.

Following this I worked for a couple of years at a collection of luxury boutique hotels near London where I was able to grow my experience in organising events and working with clients.

Now based in Otford as the Fundraising & Resources Director, I oversee all areas of fundraising with her committed team in order to raise as much money in the UK for our country partners.

I have also run the hospice Summer Trips programme for the last 13 years and thoroughly enjoy working with all the volunteers to create a much needed holiday experience for our child beneficiaries.

It has been a privilege to be part of the first 28 years of Hospices of Hope in many different ways and we are really proud of everything that has been achieved so far. After seeing the hope and desire to live a few years, months or even a few more days in the eyes of our patients I have met, it is an absolute motivation to make the very best out of every single day of the rest of my life. One of those things is to keep fundraising for Hospices of Hope.
