As the youngest daughter of charity founder Graham Perolls, you might say I was born into the charity. After visiting Romania for the first time in my early teens and inspired by the work taking place there, at the age of 18 I decided to move to Romania and work for the hospice on a voluntary basis as their Volunteer & Fundraising Coordinator.

Following this, I worked for a collection of luxury boutique hotels near London where I was able to grow my experience in organising events and working with clients.

I returned to Hospices of Hope in 2013 to oversee the fundraising and communication for the charity. In September 2021 I was appointed as CEO and it is an absolute pleasure to lead the team and organisation.

I have also run the hospice Summer Trips programme for the last 15 years and thoroughly enjoy working with all the volunteers to create a much needed holiday experience for our child beneficiaries.

It has been a privilege to be part of the first 30 years of Hospices of Hope in many different ways and we are really proud of everything that has been achieved so far. After seeing the hope and desire to live a few years, months or even a few more days in the eyes of our patients I have met, it is an absolute motivation to make the very best out of every single day of the rest of my life. One of those things is to keep fundraising for Hospices of Hope.
