Hospices of Hope is an amazing charity, offering free palliative care to people suffering from incurable & life-limited illness in Romania and neighboring countries. Andreea is a dedicated volunteer for their cause and together with her dear friends and better half is taking to run in the Bucharest race and raise funds for the charity.
Loving running is not enough, you have to do it for a noble cause. For me, nothing is more important than supporting the wonderful services that will be provided at the new hospice centre at Copaceni (near Bucharest) for children with rare and life limiting conditions.
I aim to raise £700 to attend the Bucharest Summer Camp
This is the 4th year I will be volunteering for Hospices of Hope at their Seaside Club for children and families affected by rare and life-limiting illnesses.
This August I will be volunteering at a children's summer camp in Brasov, Romania, organised by a charity named Hospices of Hope.
The summer camp is a residential trip for up to 30 children who have, or have had, a close family member cared for by the Hospice. During the Camp I will be based at Copaceni, a children’s centre in the countryside outside Bucharest. The week includes sports, games, crafts, entertainment and evening activities (bonfire, party, film night, talent show)
