Gifts in Wills

A life changing gift

One of the most amazing ways our supporters have helped us over the years is through gifts in wills.

An example of this is the Jennifer Tee Children’s Therapy Centre at Copaceni in Romania.

Thanks to a generous gift in her will, Jennifer has given children with serious life limiting  conditions the chance to receive physiotherapy, counselling and play therapy in our specialist centre. All the services are free to the children and their families and the hospice can offer 2,000 outpatient and therapy sessions to children each year. The Jennifer Tee Children’s Therapy Centre at Copaceni was opened in September 2018 by Jennifer’s mother, Barbara, in memory of her daughter.

There are many ways a gift in your will could turn hurt into hope

If you are considering leaving a gift in your will there are many ways that gift could make a difference.

Some examples showing how a gift can change lives for the better are in our Gifts in Wills Brochure. Click here to download a copy. You can also see some ways a gift can turn hurt into hope on this web page.

A gift make a real difference

We are really grateful for any gift, large or small. Any gift you make will be put to good use and will help provide hospice care to seriously ill adults and children.

  • Our Impact

When we started work in 1992 there was no hospice care available to terminally ill cancer patients in Romania. We have transformed this by introducing hospices which demonstrate best practice in hospice care and which train medical professionals across the region. Our work led to the introduction of morphine based medicines in Romania- a major advance in hospice care treatment.
