Country Partners
Hospices of Hope began pioneering hospice care in South-Eastern Europe over fifteen years. Beginning in the city of Brasov in Romania, there are now established hospice care providers in three countries and medical professional from over ten countries trained in providing specialised care to terminally ill adults and children.

Hospices of Hope also partner with hospice-related projects in South-Eastern Europe, to further increase the provision of hospice care to patients suffering from a terminal illness.

Future Partners
Hospices of Hope are currently working with and supporting the increase of hospice care provision in other countries within South-Eastern Europe. Macedonia and Montenegro are two particular countries where plans for hospice provision are currently being explored.
