Romania

A Night at the Opera

Matchbox Opera present a production of Rossini's "The Count Ory" (a comedy set at the time of the Crusades) on behalf of Hospices of Hope.  Performed in a bistro setting at the King Charles The Martyr Church Hall in Warwick Park, Tunbridge Wells there will be food provided during the interval and a cash bar will be open.  Tickets, priced £12.50, are available from the Otford office on 01959 525110 or from our shops in Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells. Scottish Supporters' Insight Visit

A chance to see the work of our hospices whilst whilst at the same time visiting the real Romania.  Leaving from Edinburgh and flying direct to Bucharest you will visit Hospice Casa Sperantei to discover first hand what has been achieved there.  You may also have the opportunity of joining one of our Home Care nurses on some patient visits.  From your base in our apartments at Poiana Brasov, up in the Carpathian mountains, you will also travel to see some of the local sights, including the Black Church in Brasov and Dracula's Castle in Bran.
